Like people in this day and age, the Vikings had their pets for themselves. They kept dogs, cats, and even bears in their home. For the wealthy and the noble, they even had for themselves special species like hawks, falcon, and peacocks. But one common thing among the Vikings was that they had their pets inside their houses for some reasons.

125 years ago, Viking the Replica Ship of Gokstad finally set sail, crossing the Atlantic Ocean to reach the Columbian Exposition in Chicago. She was the first Viking ship to ever across the Atlantic Ocean and the first Viking ship replica ever built.
