Vadstena Bracteate was the Viking Jewelry found in Vadstena, Sweden in 1774. It features a man riding on his horse and a raven accompanying him. This man was assumed to be Odin the Allfather. The runic letters surrounding the jewelry evoked mysteries and doubts. However, this piece of Viking Jewelry has been stolen since 1938 and is yet to be found.
Freydis Eiriksdottir: Evil Woman or A Brave Shieldmaiden?

Freydis Eiriksdottir was the sister of Leif Eriksson who was the first to discover North America 500 years before Columbus. Freydis was quite a complicated Viking woman. It was hard to tell that she was a brave shieldmaiden or a cunning woman in the Viking age.

L'Anse aux Meadows is among the famous UNESCO World Heritage. Cool thing is that this spot is located in North America but it belongs to the Vikings. According to the Viking Sagas, this place is connected with the American discovery of Leif Erikson who found out North America approximately 500 years before the Spanish.
